QAD | Redzone Acquires Kavida.ai, Freeing up to 50% of Manufacturing Buyers’ Time

QAD Inc. announced an agreement to acquire Kavida Technologies (Kavida.ai), a pioneer in agentic AI for industrial companies. The acquisition fast-tracks QAD’s Champion AI roadmap, adding procurement agents that automate strategic sourcing and ERP workflows, with the potential to free up nearly half of a buyer’s workday by eliminating manual post‑order and supplier collaboration tasks. The transaction is subject to UK regulatory approval. Kavida.ai’s founders will assume senior roles within QAD | Redzone, and its PO, RFQ, and Sales agents will become immediately available to customers.
