3iQ Corp. announced the successful closing of its acquisition by Coincheck Group N.V., where Coincheck indirectly acquired approximately 99.81% of 3iQ's parent company shares, with 3iQ remaining a wholly-owned subsidiary under unchanged majority ownership by Monex Group, Inc.
