Ascentium Acquires Clara, Expanding into the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Strengthening its Middle East Presence

Ascentium, a Singapore-based global business services platform, has acquired Clara, the largest licensed corporate service provider in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), expanding Ascentium's Middle East presence through Clara's established operations in ADGM and DIFC.
