YiLabs Secures Oversubscribed Pre-A Funding Round, Accelerating Proprietary Climate-Driven Textiles for the Materials Science Technology Brand

YiLab Temperature Control Technologies, a materials science company co-founded by Professor Yi Cui at Stanford University, has closed an oversubscribed pre-A funding round, bringing total funding to over $10 million. The round attracted strategic investors to scale the technology of LifeLabs Design, a brand owned by YiLab that provides high-performance sustainable fabrics for functional apparel brands. Proceeds will be used to establish a research laboratory and factory in Asia to accelerate prototyping and scaling of proprietary textile technologies.
