Toll Brothers to Acquire Private Home Builder in Northwest Arkansas

Toll Brothers, Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all assets of Buffington Homes of Arkansas, a privately held luxury home builder based in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The transaction is expected to close in Toll Brothers' fiscal third quarter and will establish the company's presence in the northwest Arkansas housing market.
