Manulife Wealth & Asset Management Completes Acquisition of Schroders Indonesia

Manulife Wealth & Asset Management has completed its acquisition of PT Schroder Investment Management Indonesia (SIMI) through its Indonesian subsidiary PT Manulife Aset Manajemen Indonesia (MAMI), following regulatory approval from Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The transaction combines Indonesia's two leading asset managers, creating the country's largest asset management platform with enhanced scale and investment capabilities.
