JAS, a global logistics and supply chain solutions company, has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Pentagon Freight Services, a specialized freight forwarding and project logistics provider headquartered in the UK. The acquisition is expected to close in the second half of 2025, subject to regulatory approval.
