United Risk has completed the acquisition of Pinnacle Underwriting Pty Ltd. and its affiliate Pinnacle Holdings Group Pty Ltd., a specialty facultative reinsurance MGA headquartered in Sydney, Australia. This acquisition strengthens United Risk's position in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions and makes it one of the top five largest MGAs globally.
