Enghouse Acquires Sixbell's Telco Division

Enghouse Systems announced it acquired the telecommunications division of Sixbell, a Santiago, Chile–based provider of OSS/BSS and network transformation software used by Tier-1 and Tier-2 operators across Latin America. Enghouse said Sixbell Telco’s portfolio spans converged charging, intelligent routing, signaling management, and voice interaction, which complements Enghouse’s existing offerings and expands its presence in the region. The deal excludes Sixbell’s separate customer experience unit. Financial terms were not disclosed. Enghouse highlighted that the acquisition will accelerate innovation and provide greater resources and global reach for Sixbell Telco’s customers.
