Enghouse Acquires Sixbell's Telco Division

MARKHAM, ON and SANTIAGO, Chile, Nov. 7, 2025 — Enghouse Systems Limited announced it has acquired, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, the telecommunications division of Sixbell ("Sixbell Telco"), a provider of telecommunications and customer engagement software solutions in Latin America.

Sixbell Telco offers a suite of software platforms that enable service providers to modernize and transform their networks, spanning converged charging, intelligent routing, signaling management, and voice interaction solutions engineered for cloud‑native, 5G‑ready architectures. The business has long‑standing relationships with Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 operators across the region.

Enghouse stated that the acquisition expands its footprint in Latin America and strengthens its ability to support carriers with modern, scalable solutions. Sixbell’s CEO, Pablo Pumarino, said the transaction gives customers the resources and global reach to accelerate innovation. Enghouse provides vertically focused enterprise software across contact centers, video communications, healthcare, telecommunications, public safety and transit markets, and pursues growth via both internal development and acquisitions.
