Terms governing access to the Yeal site and software.

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Yeal LLC concerning your access to and use of the website, software, and related services made available under the Yeal brand.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these terms.

Yeal provides software and related features for business intelligence, workflow coordination, document generation, AI-assisted drafting, and connected data review. We may update, refine, add, or remove features from time to time.

Certain features may be subject to separate order forms, subscription terms, or product notices. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, that written agreement will control for the specific subject it covers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update it when it changes.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe an account is compromised, being used in violation of these Terms, or creating security, legal, or operational risk.

• Use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
• Do not interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the service.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Do not use the service to infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Do not use automated means to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or replicate the service except as expressly authorized in writing.
• Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or harmful content through the service.

As between the parties, you retain your rights in data, files, prompts, documents, and other content you submit to the service, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload, share, or process any data or content through the service.

The service may use AI systems, automation, and third-party information sources to generate responses, drafts, analyses, visualizations, and other outputs. Those outputs may contain errors or omissions and may not reflect the most current information.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before relying on them for business, legal, financial, operational, or strategic purposes.

The service, including its software, interface, design, and underlying materials, is owned by or licensed to Yeal LLC and is protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no rights are granted to you by implication or otherwise.

We may use feedback you provide to improve the service without restriction or obligation to you.

Some features may require a paid subscription, a separate commercial agreement, or both. If pricing, billing, renewal, or usage limits apply, those terms will be presented in an order form, checkout flow, plan description, or other commercial document associated with your account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeal LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service or these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or others, or if we discontinue the service or a feature. You may stop using the service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including those relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, disputes, and payment obligations that accrued before termination.

We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting an updated version on this site. The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts serving Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
